Garbe Immobilien-Projekte GmbH and TERRAGON AG acquire RWE administration building in Cologne

A joint venture of the two project developers Garbe Immobilien-Projekte GmbH and TERRAGON AG has purchased the RWE office building complex on Stüttgenweg in the Cologne-Lindenthal district.

The property, built in the 1970s, has been used by RWE Power AG as an administrative building, but has only been partially occupied for years. The future use is still being coordinated with the city of Cologne; a concept with a focus on housing is preferred. A presentation of the planned overall concept is expected in autumn of this year.
