IN THE HEART OF BAD GODESBERG
A joint venture of the two project developers Garbe Immobilien-Projekte GmbH and TERRAGON AG has purchased the RWE office building complex on Stüttgenweg in the Cologne-Lindenthal district. The property, built in the 1970s, has so far been used by RWE Power AG as an administrative building, but has been only partially occupied for years. The future use of the property is still being discussed with the city of Cologne; the preferred concept is residential. A presentation of the planned overall concept is expected in autumn of this year.
Due to strong growth, Garbe Immobilien-Projekte has founded two subsidiaries, Garbe Projektentwicklung Nord-Deutschland GmbH and Garbe Projektentwicklung NRW GmbH.
Both companies serve as general partners in the future project companies.
In Garbe Projektentwicklung Nord-Deutschland GmbH, Georg Nunnemann is appointed in addition to the managing directors Fabian von Köppen and Tobias Hertwig.
In Garbe Projektentwicklung NRW GmbH, Ivo Gotsche is appointed in addition to the managing directors Fabian von Köppen and Tobias Hertwig. Georg Nunnemann continues to be responsible for project development/acquisition in Northern Germany and Ivo Gotsche for project development/acquisition NRW.
A crane will be turning on Gogrevestraße in Düsseldorf Bilk from the middle of next week. Here, the Hamburg investor GARBE Immobilien-Projekte GmbH is developing a residential building with 71 condominiums on the 2,950 m² plot. The living space amounts to around 5,677 m² and is divided into units of one to five rooms.
Garbe Wohnbau Beteiligungs GmbH has sold part of the hybrid property "Lyoner Quartier" at Saonestraße 3 in Frankfurt-Niederrad. The property, built in 1990, was revitalised between April 2017 and August 2020 and has ten floors on a total area of around 10,250 m². The space was adapted to a contemporary use and now offers space for services and administration. The anchor tenant is Deutsche Bahn AG, which occupies over 40% of the space with 4,345 m². A purchase price of around 29 million euros was agreed in the share deal.
