Foundation of two new subsidiaries

Due to strong growth, Garbe Immobilien-Projekte has founded two subsidiaries, Garbe Projektentwicklung Nord-Deutschland GmbH and Garbe Projektentwicklung NRW GmbH.

Both companies will serve as general partners in the future project companies.

In Garbe Projektentwicklung Nord-Deutschland GmbH, Georg Nunnemann is appointed in addition to the managing directors Fabian von Köppen and Tobias Hertwig.

In Garbe Projektentwicklung NRW GmbH, Ivo Gotsche is appointed in addition to the managing directors Fabian von Köppen and Tobias Hertwig.

Georg Nunnemann continues to be responsible for project development/acquisition in Northern Germany and Ivo Gotsche for project development/acquisition NRW.
