With VILVIF Hamburg, we are providing an innovative response to social and urban developments and trends.

Our project for urban senior community living, currently under construction and centrally located in the HafenCity, is being built within the Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier. By addressing a wide variety of target groups and their needs and intelligently linking them with each other, we are meeting the demands for modern generation-friendly environments and liveable urban design.

On a gross floor area of around 21,400 square metres, 186 rental flats in the premium segment are currently being built, specially designed for best agers. The residential units are located above the retail areas and include floor plans from 40 to 180 square metres. In addition, service and communal areas are planned for the second floor, such as a public restaurant, a studio or a spa and fitness area with swimming pool, sauna and Kneipp path.

The location directly on the Elbe, views of the harbour, the city centre and HafenCity as well as a roof garden combine the character of high-quality living with various natural components. The concept is complemented by around 100 parking spaces for the tenants.
