With the Marketplace of Manufactures, Garbe Real Estate Projects creates space for encounters

The project stands for a modern and long-term approach to land use. The needs of modern city dwellers are at the centre. The various stakeholder groups long for lounges and places for exchange and inspiration. Within the Creative Blocks creative quarter in Versmannstraße, the Marketplace of Manufactures is being created on an area of 2,333 m², a utilisation concept that is unique for Hamburg. Garbe Immobilien-Projekte is supplementing the offer of a digital platform for creative professionals with workshops, studios and galleries in HafenCity. 

The design envisages 15 workshops, studios and public-oriented exhibition spaces. Both sales and creation are possible. Seminar rooms and catering areas in combination with a diverse range of services and planned event formats complement the innovative concept. 

The premises are intended to provide a place for ideas, encounters and collaborative work. The workplaces can be rented for flexible periods of time. Garbe Immobilien-Projekte is thus serving the trend of community spaces as well as the desire for places of inspiration in an urban environment. Completion is planned for the 2nd quarter of 2022.
