Frankfurt a. M., 20.06.2019 - Deutsche Bahn Engineering und Consulting GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG, has taken over its offices as anchor tenant of the ten-storey building at Saonestraße 3 in Frankfurt-Niederrad.

With 4,345 m², Deutsche Bahn already occupies over 40% of the rental space.

"By renting Saonestraße, we are delighted to have included such a flexible property in our rental portfolio that it will enable us to realise the modern working environments of DB AG in addition to the classic ones," says Michael Monno, Deutsche Bahn.

However, there is no time to rest for the companies involved in the expansion. In August of this year, TÜV Rheinland will open the doors to its academy. Garbe and TÜV announced that a rental agreement for 1,125 m² had been concluded in April.

Currently, more than half of the striking office building in Frankfurt-Niederrad has already been let. Further interested parties are currently under negotiation.
