The tasks you expect
- Support of the project and construction management team, LPH 5-8 (in the office and on the construction site) in the preparation and implementation of projects in individual trades in both residential and commercial construction
- Support of the project team regarding the implementation and coordination of the planning of architects, specialist planners etc.
- Support in the preparation of tenders (general contractor and individual contracts), quantity take-off, checking of offers and preparation of price comparison lists
What you bring with you
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in civil engineering or architecture (preferably in the advanced semester)
- First practical experience
- Very good IT-MS-Office skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Teamwork and communication skills
