Barmbek is a beautiful area that’s only getting better. One special highlight is SÜDSIET BARMBEK – an island in the heart of Barmbek’s southside, between Holsteinischer Kamp and Gluckstraße.
Here, on a traffic-free area consisting of four plots, 100 privately-owned apartments, 45 rental apartments and a combined living and commercial space is taking shape.
The new buildings in the development are characterised by distinct shapes and floor-to-ceiling windows. They combine a contemporary aesthetic with the 1920s “Neuen Bauen” style characteristic of Barmbek. All privately-owned apartments have either a balcony, loggia or terrace. The units range from cosy 70m2 2-bedroom apartments to generous 4-bedroom apartments with approx. 160m2 living space. The upper levels will be home to elegant city penthouses with roof terraces.
