We’ve also put our overalls on in 2017. This year, it was for the Kinderbauernhof Kirchdorf e. V. (a children’s farm). We cleared space, built and painted. We really enjoyed the work, and we heard that the management was very satisfied with the results. With our commitment and donation, we wanted to contribute to supporting this unique establishment in Hamburg and the surrounding area.
The Lyoner Straße 38-40 project in Frankfurt’s Niederrad district was successfully sold to GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH Hessen, headquartered in Frankfurt/Main.
A jury consisting of prominent judges has selected their winning designs. The winners for the two projects of Garbe Immobilien-Projekte are the two architecture firms KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten and kister scheithauer gross.
After undergoing a successful assessment, Garbe Immobilien-Projekte received the HafenCity Gold Ecolabel for the project HeimatHafen, a joint venture project between Garbe Immobilien-Projekte and Otto Wulff. The Gold Ecolabel represents the highest level of sustainability certification.
On March 10, Garbe SSF GmbH & Co. KG purchased an office building with 10,502 m² of rental space in Niederrad, Frankfurt. Once the planned renovation is complete, the property will be back on the rental market.
The opening event of this year’s Blue Port festival was held at the building site of the new construction project ‘Campus Tower’ in Hamburg’s Hafen City district, featuring the illumination of the building crane and a small fireworks display in the presence of light artist Michael Batz.
This year, Blue Port will be held from 1 – 10 September. “We are very happy to support the art project and to have brought Blue Port a small step inside the Hafen City district with our illumination of the building crane,” said Heide Miklowait.
Garbe Immobilien-Projekte GmbH has acquired another project plot in Bonn. The plot of around 10,000 m² in the Bad Godesberg district is currently partly occupied by an office building. There are now plans to build a residential development on the undeveloped part of the plot. Intensive discussions are underway on various concepts for the development.
Garbe Immobilien-Projekte GmbH has acquired another plot of land in the HafenCity – lot 82 a/b. The construction currently planned for Versmannstraße and the public spaces shall consist of 7-storey blocks with an elevated ground level area. A total of 180 apartments on approx. 20,300 m² GFA and approx. 6000 m² of office and commercial space are being built.
Following the opening of the new Garbe Immobilien-Projekte GmbH NRW regional office in January 2016 in Cologne, the office has now found another new home. In October 2016, Garbe Immobilien-Projekte GmbH acquired its new premises at Gustav-Heinemann-Ufer 88a, Cologne. With its new branch, Garbe Immobilien-Projekte is hoping to expand its presence in North Rhine-Westphalia in Cologne. The property market between the Rhine and the Ruhr is a long-established part of its portfolio. The new branch is intended to promote new project developments in the region.
